Relative Alignment

The sequel to relative chaos (that no one asked for) with a new control method (actually wasd this time) new mechanics and much better gameplay and bug fixes. With an entirely new movement and control system hopefully it is better to play now.

Would have released it earlier, but a bug forced me to redo the entire rotation system.
